Aaron operates Mistvale Akaushi with his wife, Alicia — a fullblood beef program established in 2021 that produces fullblood Akaushi beef for direct-to-consumer sale, alongside a small seedstock component with genetics selected for growth and marbling efficiency.
Outside of Wagyu Zenkyo, Aaron serves on the Akaushi Association board of directors, where he chairs the Research and Breed Improvement Committee and the Cattle Show and Exposition Committee.
