This is a nomination of what you would like to enter. If accepted and admitted you will be billed an entry fee of $100 for each lot prior to the sale. All entries will be finalized and closed by 7/15/2025.
All pictures are due by 8/15/2025

Events to enter for nomination / entry
Friday: The Super Oaks Plus– The top 40 heifers under 24 months of age (either virgin/ open or bred for first calf). The top Genomic and pedigree future donors available in the USA! The top 3 bulls under 24 months of age. *NEW FOR 2025: Following in the Big Texas participation model, The Friday Night Super Oaks Plus (Oct 10th) will now allow for remote entry (sell from home base) participation via video and/or picture presentation.
We still invite and encourage females to be in person on display for potential buyers on site.
$100 entry fee
Saturday: The Wagyu Super (main event) – $100 Entry Fee – Cows , Heifers, Bred Cows , Pairs, Bulls and Pregnancies
All cattle will be in Lexington at the Bluegrass stockyards.
$100 entry fee
Sunday: The Super Farewell Frozen (Frozen Genetics) Online sale -Featuring embryos and semen straws only for online auction.
$50 entry fee

TESTING REQUIREMENTS
All bred cows must be vet checked pregnant or blood test pregnant confirmed
All heifers between 6—12 months of age must have calfhood vaccinations.
All females over 12 months of age must have a negative tuberculosis test.
All females 18 months of age or greater must be tested negative for Brucellosis
Brucellosis and TB tests must be done within 30 days of sale date!
All cattle entered will be accompanied with a certificate of veterinary inspection (health paper)
This health paper must be compliant for interstate travel.
No Cattle will be admitted without the proper documents and health papers. Each animal arriving must have their own set of papers. If you DVM places all cattle on one health certificate , please make and highlight separate copies for each animal.
All cattle must have a unique tag (number) for identification. A federal 840 RFID -ID tag is acceptable.
*For all cattle shipping in from out of state please have your vet check the status of required testing and results for shipping into Lexington, KY
*All bulls 14 months and older must have a negative Trichomoniasis test and a breeding exam for admission.
There is leeway applied on young bulls for scrotal measurement.
All females sell as guaranteed breeders.
Stud Wagyu Auction recommends all entries over the age of 18 months have a Johnes test, prior to the required TB and Brucellosis test. This test will add value to your entry!
Have the Johnes Blood test drawn before the tb test is performed!

October 9: Welcome To The Bluegrass
12 PM – Transportation pick up from Mariott Griffin Gate for The Super Bourbon Tour join us while we visit 2 of the local Kentucky bourbon distilleries and get a true taste of Kentucky. Returns to the hotel at 6 PM the latest.
6:00 PM – Happy Hour & Snacks
October 10: The Super Oaks Plus Day
9-11 AM: Cattle Viewing
11 AM – Midwest Wagyu Meeting – Experience various speakers, insight and knowledge from Wagyu industry leaders
1PM – Lunch break
2pm – 4:30 PM Midwest Wagyu Meeting resumes
4:30 – 5:30 PM – Happy Hour / Cocktails
5:30 PM – Buffet Dinner presented by one of your top breeding programs
6:30 PM: Join us in the arena for “The Super Oaks Plus”
Join us to bid on the 40 Top Young females (both red & black) that are located in North America
Sale will be conducted by video, heifers that attend will be on site for your viewing and evaluation as well as many of the top females will be offered on video presentation from their home ranch. *New addition for 2025: with top 3 young bulls to be added after the heifers. These 3 bulls will also be presented on video.
October 11: The Wagyu Super Day
9-11 AM – Cattle Viewing
1PM EST – The Wagyu Super Sale – Females, Bred Cows, Cow/Calf Pairs and Bulls & Pregnant Recipe
October 12: Farewell Frozen
10AM – 9:00 PM – Best Frozen Genetics – Bid Throughout the day while you travel home!
